(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby declares that it will handle all customer identifying information that it will acquire and has acquired, including, but not limited to, names, addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”), in accordance with the following policy.

1. Acquisition and Use of Personal Information

The Company acquires Personal Information through legal and fair means, and only within the scope necessary for provision of its services.
Customers may choose not to provide Personal Information at their own discretion. However, in such cases, certain services for which provision of Personal Information is essential may not be provided as a result.
The Company uses Personal Information that it has acquired for the following purposes.

1. Business notifications concerning products, services, etc. that the Company deals in
2. Questionnaires for planning/development of products, customer satisfaction enhancement, etc.
3. Performance of its business, including, but not limited to, delivery of products and replies to inquiries

2. Management of Personal Information

The Company handles Personal Information appropriately and strictly, and protects customers' Personal Information by taking safety measures of an appropriate and rational level not only against its leakage outside of the Company, but also against illegal access, etc. from outside of the Company.
The Company limits the number of individuals who have the right to access databases, etc. of Personal Information and keep Personal Information under strict management to prevent any unauthorized use within the Company. The Company also obliges its Outsourcing Partners to manage Personal Information appropriately to prevent leakage of or unauthorized access to customers' Personal Information.
It should be noted that, in order to raise the level of management, the Company might outsource some of its business involving Personal Information management to Outsourcing Partners.

3. Disclosure of Personal Information

The Company will never disclose customers' Personal Information to third parties other than Outsourcing Partners without prior consent from customers, provided, however, that the Company may disclose the same without prior consent from customers if such is required by law or public institutions, including, but not limited to, judicial courts and the police.

4. Inquiries on Personal Information

When the Company receives an inquiry from a customer regarding verification of that customer's Personal Information, the Company discloses that customer's Personal Information that is in its custody only when it has been confirmed that the customer in question actually sent the inquiry, in order to prevent leakage of customers' Personal Information to third parties.
When the Company receives a request from a customer to correct any error in or make any change to that customer's Personal Information, the Company corrects or deletes incorrect or obsolete information only when the Company has confirmed that the customer in question actually sent the request, in order to prevent unauthorized alteration of customer’s Personal Information by third parties.

5. Others

This Privacy Policy explains the handling of Personal Information at the Company, and not at the Company's affiliated companies in and outside of Japan.
The Company may revise this Privacy Policy in order to strengthen its protection of customers' Personal Information or in response to changes in applicable laws/regulations in Japan.
